    1. Debbie, our manuals for our products can all be found on each product page on Ronco.com. Go to the correct product, scroll down a little, and you’ll see a tab called ‘Manual & Warranty’. You can download them from there. If you still need help, please let us know! Thanks

  2. I have a code for free recipes for the vertical grill but there seem to be no where to enter it. I wanted to make some chicken wings for dinner tonight but I have no recipe. It keeps coming up with recipes for the rotisserie which I do not have or need.
    Thanks Rena

    1. Rena, thanks for you question. If you go to: https://www.ronco.com/cookbookoffer.html …you’ll see where you can enter your code. Additionally, you can look under ‘Recipes’ at the top menu of our blog here, CookingWithRonco.com and then choose ‘Ready Grill Recipes’ to find plenty of delicious recipes for the Ready Grill. Please let me know if you need any other assistance. Thanks!

    1. Michelle, For a chilled precooked ham I would suggest cooking it for 12-14 minutes per pound. The amount of time really depends on the starting temperature of the ham. The best way to know if your ham is the right temperature is to use a meat thermometer. When your ham reaches an internal temperature of 130°F, turn rotisserie to rest and rotate allowing ham to rest for 15-20 minutes and reach an internal temperature of 140°F.
