How about one of those piping hot, cheesy, yummy deli sandwiches without even leaving your house?

Check out this delicious “Open Faced Reuben Sandwich” we made in the Ronco Pizza & More oven in just 7 minutes… and we didn’t even have to go to NYC! This is what we mean when we say Pizza & MORE!

  • 8 ounces thinly sliced pastrami or corned beef
  • 8 slices of quality Swiss cheese
  • 2 ounces thousand Island dressing
  • Four slices of rye, pumpernickel or ┬ámarbled sliced bread
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups


1. Simply build your sandwiches

  • Spread each piece of bread with Thousand Island dressing
  • Add sauerkraut

  • Add corned beef or pastrami

  • Top with 2 slices of Swiss cheese

2. Place all 4 open faced sandwiches on your Ronco Pizza & More pan and set timer for 7 to 9 minutes. Sandwiches will be done when the cheese is all melted.
