Lately we’ve been promoting our amazing new Pizza & More pizza oven by sharing some of our favorite pizza recipes. This compact countertop pizza oven makes delicious, hot,  crispy pizza… but as the name implies, there’s more! With football season nearly upon us, we wanted to share a recipe for beef fajita nachos that are so easy and fast to make in the Pizza & More oven- they cook in only 4-6 minutes!

We’ve also made open faced tuna melts, s’mores, cheesy bread, taquitos, chicken nuggets, cookies… I could go on and on and will be sharing all kinds of recipes for other things that you can make in your Pizza & More oven over the next few weeks.



Beef Fajita Nachos

  • Servings: 6

  • 20-30 tortilla chips
  • ½ can black beans
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • 10 ounces precooked beef fajita meat, diced
  • ¼ purple onion diced
  • ½ green bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup jarred pickled jalapeños

For garnish

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • ¼ cup store-bought salsa
  • ¼ cup store-bought guacamole


  1. Layer corn chips in one layer on Ronco Pizza & More tray. (It’s okay if they overlap here and there, just don’t build your nachos so high that they won’t clear the pizza oven opening)
  2. Top with black beans, shredded cheese, beef fajita meat, onion, bell pepper and jalapeños
  3. Cook in Ronco Pizza & More oven for 4-6 minutes to melt cheese and warm beef fajita meat. Allow tray to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Serve with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
