The Pizza & More oven was designed to cook homemade or frozen pizza’s perfectly by combining high heat and airflow to get that crispy light crust you are looking for in a pizza. But wait, there’s more… you can also make all kinds of other foods in the Pizza & More oven; wings, nachos, convenience foods, cookies, s’mores, appetizers… and more. The warming tray keeps those other foods warm while you cook more in the oven.

Fruity Birthday Dessert Pizza


Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought pizza crust or homemade pizza crust (make sure there are no savory ingredients listed such as garlic, parmesan cheese, rosemary etc. Salt is fine)
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, plus 1 tablespoon for dusting
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced into 1/8 inch slices and then in ½
  • 2 cups mixed berries; sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • 3-4 sprigs of mint (for garnish)

 

Instructions

  1. Prepare crust and place onto Ronco Pizza & More pan. Using a plastic fork, poke crust all over to prevent air bubbles forming. Mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with cinnamon and brush over the entire pizza crust.
  2. Bake prepared crust in Pizza & More oven for about 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Remove pan from oven and allow crust to cool.
  3. While crust is cooling, blend together cream cheese, strawberry jam, softened butter and vanilla with a hand mixer until light and airy.
  4. While mixing on low, slowly add in ½ cup powdered sugar. Scrape down bowl and stir to incorporate.
  5. Using a rubber spatula, spread cream cheese mixture evenly over pizza crust.
  6. Layer with cut fruit in a circular pattern. Garnish with mint and powdered sugar and serve.IMG_3463
