Green juice is healthy no matter what green ingredients you use, but here is one of my favorite combos. This green juice recipe is tangy, sweet and spicy!
- 5 stalks of kale
- 2 green apples
- 1 cucumber
- 2 kiwi, peeled
- 1 lemon, peeled
- Thumb sized piece of fresh ginger
- Wash all vegetables and fruits
- Peel kiwi and lemons. Cut apples, cucumber, kiwi, and lemon into slices or chunks that will fit into your juicer chute. Cut ginger into smaller slivers, kale should fit as is.
- Run all ingredients through the juicer, enjoy!
