For Mother’s Day, I wanted to share my I LOVE YOU BERRY MUCH juice recipe.
I LOVE YOU BERRY MUCH JUICE
- 2 apples (good juicing apples: Mackintosh, Red Delicious, Gala, Fuji, Rome, Honey Crisp or Pink Lady)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- Wash all fruit. If you have a little Apple Cider Vinegar, it’s great to wash your fruit with it to remove trace pesticides. Soak your fruit in a bowl of cold water with 1/4 to 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar for 10 minutes, then rinse with fresh water.
- Cut apples into 1/2 inch slices, removing the seeds and stem. Make sure they are small enough to fit into the food chute. Remove the green stem from strawberries, and slice cucumber into chute-sized pieces.
- Run all fruit through food chute. Fresh juice is as easy as that!
