A dry rub is a great, versatile way to add flavor to your meat. It can consist of any combination of herbs and spices. Try this recipe for a delicious Cajun-inspired rub. Dry rubs can actually be used to marinate meat as well! Simply coat the meat with the rub of your choice and let it marinate in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Or, it can sit on the counter for up to an hour to soak in the flavors of the rub.
