This delicious and flavorful sea bass recipe cooks perfectly in our Ronco EZ-Store Rotisserie.

Sea Bass with GingerIngredients

• 4 sea bass steaks (4-ounce)

• 1 tablespoon fresh chopped ginger

• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

• 1 green onion for garnish


1. Place the sea bass in a small flat dish and top with the soy sauce, and fresh ginger. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

2. Remove from refrigerator and rotate the sea bass in the Standard Rotisserie Basket for 20 minutes for until cooked through. Sprinkle with fresh green onion.
