• 2 cups fresh parmesan cheese

• 2 cups fresh chopped spinach

• ⅔ cups sour cream

• ⅓ cup mayonnaise

• 2 tsp garlic, minced

• 1-2 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

• 1 cup cream cheese


Preheat oven to 375°. Mix together the Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
