Garlic will roast perfectly in the Ronco Rotisserie Oven.


4 heads elephant garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
French bread or baguettes


Cut the tops of the garlic off, exposing the cloves. Set each head of garlic on a square of aluminum foil and pour 1 tablespoon olive oil over each head. Wrap the garlic up, totally sealing inside. Rotate in the deep basket for 45 minutes or until the garlic is very soft. Serve plain, squeezed out onto slices of bread or use in recipes.

(tip: you can always use more olive oil poured onto the garlic before wrapping them in foil.)
