This delicious side dish will pair nicely with just about anything!

IngredientsRoasted Cauliflower
5 to 6 cups cauliflower florets, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon sliced garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Toss cauliflower with oil and salt in a large bowl. Place in rotisserie basket and close the lid down tight, roast until tender and golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from the basket and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
