This may not be a secret to most health experts, but our secret to living a radiant and healthy life is juicing! You can juice a variety of vegetables daily to get the right amount of vitamins and nutrients you may struggle to find in other foods. With juicing, you can use an unlimited amount of vegetables that you may not normally enjoy eating whole. There are also many ways to make your juice taste great! You can add a lemon or lime while juicing, also adding cranberries is a good source of antioxidants, or you can give it a “kick” by adding a little ginger or pineapple juice.

Here are a few juice recipes our Ronco Test Kitchen made using our Ronco Smart Juicer:

Apple, Orange, Carrot, and Ginger Juice:orangesmartjuicer

2 large apples
1 small orange
2 large carrots
1/2 to 1″ piece ginger root, peeled

Mango Pineapple Kale Juice:
1-2 cups loosely packed chopped kale, (about 3-4 leaves)
1 mango
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple

Very Berry Juice:
2 Cups of Strawberries
2 Cups of Blueberries
1.5 Cups of Raspberries
