Did you ever think you could make breakfast in our Rotisserie Oven? Don’t worry because we did the thinking for you with this amazing recipe. Substitute eggs with egg whites for a healthier option and try some of Udi’s Gluten Free bread or even Cinnamon Raisin Bread for a sweet and savory option!
PREP: 15 minutes • Cook: 20 minutes • Makes: 4 Servings
8 slices of bread 4 slices of cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten – butter
4 slices of prepared bacon
1. Cook bacon in a medium skillet until desired crispiness. Remove bacon and wipe skillet
with a paper towel removing most of the bacon grease.
2. Beat the eggs and cook in the same skillet making a thin omelet. When cooked
through, remove and cut into four even pieces for the paninis.
3. Layer your egg, bacon and cheese between 2 pieces of bread making a sandwich.
Butter each side of the sandwich and place in the Standard Rotisserie Basket.
4. Secure the basket lid tightly, pressing the sandwiches and rotate for 20 minutes or until
the bread turns a golden brown. Sear each side if necessary.
