Cilantro Turkey Burgers
PREP: 20 minutes • Cook: 20 minutes • Makes: 4 Servings
1 lb ground turkey ½ cup Panko
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
¼ cup red onion, minced ½ red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced
1. In a medium bowl, knead turkey, olive oil, minced red onion, garlic, cilantro, pink, and
salt and pepper together gently.
2. Shape into 4 patties, each about ½ –inch thick.
3. Rotate in the Standard Rotisserie Basket for 20 minutes or until the burger is cooked
4. Warm buns if desired and serve burgers with red onion slices with condiments to taste.
Spicy Chicken Fingers
1 lb chicken tenders
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 Sriracha hot chili sauce
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
Remove tendons from chicken tenders; wash and pat dry. Dredge the chicken in the mayo and then roll in the Panko bread crumbs. Rotate in the Standard Rotisserie Basket for 20 to 25 min or until chicken is cooked through. These are addictive!! Enjoy!
