Roasted Mango

Roasted Mango:

Cut up into pieces, season with cinnamon and a little sugar. Please in your rotisserie basket. Load on to your spit rod and roast for 30 minutes. Serve by themselves or with ice cream.

Roasted Pears

Roasted Pears:

Cut into halves and remove core, season with cinnamon and a little sugar. Please in your rotisserie basket. Load on to your spit rod and roast for 30-35 minutes.

What happens when you put them together? A delicious Parfait! Just layer your mangoes, pears, and ice cream. Then add whipped cream and a cherry on top!
