Our Fab Foodies have come up with three new yummy chicken kabob recipes for our fans. These recipes are easy to make and take less then an hour to roast. Try them in one of our Rotisserie Ovens. Bon Appetit!

Honey Chicken & Veggie Kabobs

1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp. black ground pepper
8 skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 red onion-cut into 2 inch pieces
mushrooms
cherry tomatoes

*Whisk olive oil, honey, soy sauce, black pepper, and garlic in a large bowl. Add chicken and veggies to mix. Marinate in fridge over night or at least 2 hours.

*Drain marinade from chicken and vegetables. Thread both alternately onto skewers.

*Cook 20 minutes or until chicken is done.  Serves 8.

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

8 skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves cut into 1 inch cubes
1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 green pepper-cut into 1inch pieces
mushrooms
cherry tomatoes

*Drain pineapples, keep 1/2 cup juice. Mix juice with olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, pepper, garlic, and mustard in a large bowl. Add veggies and chicken to mix. Marinate 2-3 hours.

*Tread alternately on skewers

*Roast kabobs 20-25 minutes or until chicken is done

Chicken and Sausage Kabobs

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. black pepper
8 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts-cut into 1 inch cubes
1 lb. Polish sausage- cut into 1 inch slices
1 red onion- cut into 2 inch pieces
2 cups fresh unsweetened pineapple chunks

*In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients. Add chicken, sausage, vegetables, and pineapple. Marinate in the fridge for 2 hours

*Thread on skewers. Roast 15-20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serves 8.
