One thing I always notice our Fab Foodies seasoning our rotisserie chicken and kabobs with is garlic! I think it is safe to say we are obsessed with it. Garlic is known for its distinct taste and smell when cooked and added to various dishes. We are firm believers that it adds intense flavors to many recipes and one of the most delicious ways to enjoy it is to roast it. When cooking with garlic, the fine the chop the stronger the taste. You will always get the strongest taste from crushed garlic.
Another reason why we love garlic so much are all the benefits you get from it. It promotes the well-being of the heart and immune systems with antioxidants & helps maintain healthy blood circulation. Garlic also has germanium in it, which is an anti-cancer agent. It has more of germanium in it tan any other herb.
If we had to say one negative thing about cooking with garlic (which is hard for us to do), just be careful when sauteing it because the flavor can turn intensely bitter if you end up burning it.
